Mike is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, and moved to the Charlotte area in 2001. He fell for the city through its architecture, one neighborhood style at a time, while living Uptown and in South End. The more he learned about the buildings, the more real estate pulled at him. He got licensed in 2005 and never looked back.
Today Mike lives in Denver, NC on Lake Norman with his wife and two kids, and his practice is focused where his life is: the west side of the lake. Denver, Sherrills Ford, Terrell, and into Hickory, with projects reaching down to Clover, SC. Evenings usually mean a slow cruise on the water. Weekends mean pulling the kids on a tube.
Deliberate, not impulsive. There is a structure to every listing, from market presentation to the closing table, and getting there is a blend of data and instinct. We spend real time on comps and pricing, then trust the read that spreadsheets can't give you.
Three things clients count on. We answer the phone, and if we miss you, we call back fast. Nobody outspends us marketing your home, because it takes money to make money and your listing deserves every avenue. And we tell the truth, even when it's not what you were hoping to hear.

Mike has served with Charlotte Fire since 2004 and holds a degree in emergency management from Western Carolina University and a master's from UNC Wilmington. He's a Panthers fan, a dog person twice over (two Dobermans and a dachshund who runs the house), and a traveler at heart. New countries, new food, new wine, and a cooking class abroad with strangers who become friends: that's his idea of a great trip.
